REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

4.1 Eligibility

4.2 Registration

Email ID or Google/Facebook login

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Your account is personal and cannot be transferred.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Multiple accounts by the same user may lead to suspension.

CONTENT ON WEBSITE/APP

All content on Divinecart (text, images, videos, product descriptions, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users must not:

Upload abusive, illegal, harmful, offensive, or misleading content
Violate religious sentiments or hurt cultural beliefs

PRODUCT LISTINGS & SELLER CONTENT

Divinecart may allow third-party sellers (shopkeepers) to list products.

Divinecart does not guarantee accuracy of seller details or product descriptions.
Images shown are for reference; actual products may vary in appearance.
Divinecart is not liable for mismatch caused by natural variations in handmade or traditional products.

ORDER, DELIVERY, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

8.1 Order Processing

Once an order is placed, Divinecart begins processing immediately.

8.2 Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, if they have not been dispatched.
Cancellation after dispatch is not allowed.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

✔️ Product damaged during transit
✔️ Product not delivered
✔️ Wrong item delivered

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

❌ Incorrect information provided by user
❌ Delays caused by courier partners
❌ Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging
❌ Products damaged after delivery

Refund amount will be processed after deducting:

Payment gateway fees
Forward and return courier charges (if applicable)

8.4 Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD order is refused, Divinecart may restrict the user from placing COD orders in the future.

PAYMENTS

Users must ensure:

They are authorized to use the provided bank/card/wallet details
Sufficient balance is available for transactions

Divinecart is not responsible for:

Payment failures
Duplicate payments due to network issues
Delays caused by third-party payment gateways

Multiple payments made accidentally will be refunded after verification.

USER OBLIGATIONS

Users agree not to:

Upload harmful or abusive content
Post religiously offensive material
Use Divinecart for illegal or commercial misuse
Send spam, advertisements, or mass messages
Upload viruses or malicious software
Interfere with platform performance
Violate intellectual property rights

Violation of these rules may lead to termination of account without refund.

All content on Divinecart is the exclusive property of Divinecart Private Limited or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Divinecart does not provide spiritual or religious guarantees regarding product effectiveness (e.g., yantras, pooja items, gemstones, etc.).

Divinecart is not liable for:
- Losses due to misuse of products
- Incorrect ritual outcomes
- Delays due to courier/logistics
